Description Hot Toys' "Movie Masterpiece" series is now featuring a lineup of new powered suits from Marvel's action blockbuster film "Iron Man 3. Here comes the heavily-armed Iron Man Mark 17, a.k.a. "Heartbreaker"! Billionaire and genius inventor Tony Stark Iron Man participated as a member of the "Avengers" in the battle that barely averted the crisis of human extinction. After this battle, the U.S. government became concerned about relying on the power of individual heroes in times of unprecedented crisis. Tony himself, frightened by the shadow of an unseen enemy, developed about 35 new powered suits in various forms, as if possessed by something. The 30 cm tall figure with over 36 points of articulation beautifully sculpts the Mark 17, aka "Heartbreaker," a heavy-weapon type powered suit with an enhanced chest reactor. The heavy armor features gold and metallic red coloring, and is painted in a glossy metallic finish. The armor, which is more massive than conventional powered suits, is elaborately detailed to reproduce the texture of metal. The arc reactors in the eyes and chest, as well as the repulsor beam firing parts of both hands, are equipped with an LED light-up gimmick that emits a white light. The figure also comes with replaceable hand parts that can be used to light up the repulsor beam, and even the finger joints are movable, allowing for many realistic battle scenes to be enjoyed. The pedestal included in the figure is a special circular stand. Among the large number of new powered suits that played an active role in the film, the Mark 17, which was the centerpiece of the rally scene, is a gem that is sure to become a part of your collection.
